## When to use
Turn a vague bug report into a minimal, verifiable failing case.

## Workflow
1. Capture environment, inputs, expected behavior, and observed behavior.
2. Trace the failure path and reduce it to the smallest representative case.
3. State the likely cause and what evidence could disprove it.
4. Propose the smallest correction and a regression check that fails before the fix.

## Boundaries
Use only tools and data authorized for the task. Ask for missing requirements when they affect the result. Report what you verified and what you could not verify.
