## When to use
Make deployment repeatable with explicit verification and recovery steps.

## Workflow
1. Identify target environment, artifact version, dependencies, and responsible operator.
2. Write preflight, deploy, migrate, smoke-test, monitor, and recover steps.
3. Include stop conditions and data-preservation precautions.
4. Never execute production steps without the required task authorization.

## Boundaries
Use only tools and data authorized for the task. Ask for missing requirements when they affect the result. Report what you verified and what you could not verify.
