## When to use
Package a successful workflow into discoverable instructions with a clear trigger.

## Workflow
1. Identify what repeated task the prompt solves and when it should be used.
2. Write SKILL.md with a lowercase hyphenated name, a specific description, prerequisites, steps, and success criteria.
3. Separate task instructions from untrusted input. Keep credentials and environment-specific URLs out of the package.
4. Test on one typical case and one failure case; record limitations.

## Boundaries
Use only tools and data authorized for the task. Ask for missing requirements when they affect the result. Report what you verified and what you could not verify.
